What the site does

The site connects people who need a ticket for a sold-out dance class, workshop, event or retreat with members who have a ticket they can't use. Tickets are offered to the waiting list in the way the seller chooses. No money passes through the site: buyer and seller settle up the sale directly with each other, at face value or less, and arrange how the ticket is transferred.

Your responsibilities

• List only tickets you have actually bought and can transfer.
• Follow through: pay for a ticket you accepted, and send or arrange a ticket you sold. Trust and accountability are fundamental principles of this site. Members who don't follow through may have their account disabled, and their email and phone can't be used to sign up again.
• Give accurate details and keep your account to yourself.
• Use the site only for its purpose: swapping tickets within the dance community.

What we are not responsible for

We are not a party to any sale. We don't guarantee that a ticket is valid, that a payment arrives, or that an event takes place. Any dispute about a sale is between buyer and seller. The site is provided as is; we may change or stop it at any time.

Notifications by email

We email you about your waiting lists, offers and sales. These emails are part of using the site.

Text message terms

• Program name: For The Love Of Dance text notifications, run by Curioso Corp.
• Description: optional texts to members who opted in: a one-time code when you sign up or sign in, and notices when a ticket is offered to you, when you get or sell a ticket, and when a reply time runs out. No marketing messages.
• How to opt in: tick "Text me too (optional)" when you sign up or on your profile page. Consent is not a condition of using the site; everything works by email alone.
• Message frequency: varies with your activity, typically one text per sign-in, offer, sale or missed reply, and none when nothing is happening.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. We don't charge for texts.
• How to opt out: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts (one confirmation text follows), or untick "Text me too" on your profile page.
• Help: reply HELP to any text, or write to info@amoro.us.
• Privacy: your phone number and consent are used only for these texts and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details: Text messages.
