For The Love Of Dance (amoro.us) is a community ticket exchange run by Curioso Corp ("we"). This page says what information we keep, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

• Your account: name, mobile phone number and email address, which you give us when you sign up.
• Optional details you add: payment handles (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Cash, Zelle) and social media links.
• Your activity on the site: the waiting lists you join, the tickets you list, offers, sales, and the emails and texts the site sends you.
• Technical records: a hashed (unreadable) form of your connection address, kept briefly to limit abuse, and anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To run the exchange: put you on waiting lists, offer tickets in turn, and connect buyer and seller.
• To notify you by email and, only if you opted in, by text message (including your one-time sign-in code).
• To keep the site safe: limit abuse and act on members who don't follow through.

Who sees it

• Other members see your name. Your phone number, email, payment handles and social links are shown only to the member you are swapping a ticket with, once a ticket is yours or sold.
• Service providers that help us run the site: our web host (IONOS), our email service, our text message service (Twilio) and Google Analytics. They process information only to provide those services.
• We do not sell your information.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Texts are optional. You opt in by ticking "Text me too" when you sign up or in your profile, and you can opt out at any time by unticking it or by replying STOP to any text. See Text messages for details.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your account while you use the site. Write to info@amoro.us to have your account and personal details removed, or to ask what we hold about you. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are removed automatically after 7 days.

Cookies and analytics

The site keeps your sign-in on your own device. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, device type); it never receives your name, phone, email or the contents of your swaps.

Children

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
