Text messages

For The Love Of Dance (amoro.us), run by Curioso Corp, can notify you by text message as well as email. Texts are optional: every feature of the site works with email alone, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of using the site.

How you opt in

You opt in on the site, in one of two places, by ticking the box labelled "Text me too (optional)" next to your mobile number: on the sign-up form when you create your account, or later on your profile page. The box is unticked unless you tick it. The box reads:

Tick this to get texts from For The Love Of Dance (Curioso Corp) at this number: your code when you sign up or sign in, and notices when a ticket is offered to you, when you get or sell a ticket, and when a reply time runs out. Message frequency varies with your activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

What you receive

• Your one-time code when you sign up or ask to sign in (the link still comes by email).
• A ticket is offered to you, with the time by which to answer.
• You got a ticket (the seller's contact details follow by email).
• Your listed ticket sold.
• The reply time ran out and the ticket moved on.

Every text begins with "Dance:". Message frequency varies with your activity on the site: typically one text per sign-in, offer, sale or missed reply, and none when nothing is happening. We never send marketing texts.

Cost

We don't charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text and you will receive no more texts from us (one confirmation text follows). You can also untick "Text me too" on your profile page at any time. Email notifications continue either way. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
